We took today off from driving and spent the day in the campgrounds. We slept in late, had blueberry pancakes for breakfast then spent the rest of the morning cleaning the van and going for a long walk.
We still had housework to do in the form of hand laundry and making egg bites (crustless quiches) for the next couple of days followed by a quiet afternoon of relaxation. Another longish walk preceded a wonderful meal of baked potatoes and rack of lamb on the BBQ and a lovely bottle of red wine.
We finished the evening with a campfire and downloaded Netflix.
All in all a nice relaxing day because Monday is going to be busy!
