Day 5 | DesMoines to South Dakota

After a comfortable… and spacious… night in a hotel with a long hot shower, we started off to a cloudless day. We stopped at the local Fareway for fresh fruit and vegetables. Travelling north and west through Iowa presented more wind farms. A continuous landscape of them. Day 4| Illinois to DesMoines, IA

A beautiful start to a hot cloudless day. Another day of straight driving. We crossed the Mississippi at Davenport into Iowa.
